Connection time at Dublin airport

Planning a trip this summer from Boston to Edinburgh returning from Glasgow to Boston. Flying Aer Lingus with layover in Dublin. On the way to Edinburgh there will be a 1 hour 35 minute layover in Dublin. Will this be sufficient time to deplane and board the next flight without being rushed? Do we go through customs in Dublin or Edinburgh? The return trip has a 1 hour 55 minute layover.

You will go through immigration in Dublin. There is no immigration between Ireland and the UK due to the CTA. When you arrive in Edinburgh you just walk off the plane and go on your business.

On the return, you will go through US immigration and customs in Dublin. (You just walk off the plane when you arrive in Boston as if it was domestic flight.)

The Dublin airport website has a guide on how to connect to flights at the airport:

An hour and a half might be tight timing if your transatlantic flight is delayed or there's a long lineup at immigration. But as long as the Boston-Edinburgh flights are on one ticket (sounds like they are), then Aer Lingus will put you and your bags on the next available flight to Edinburgh, so you should be fine. The same is true with the return flights, but the risk of delay is probably less because the first flight is so short.
