Is 2 hours enough time in Dublin to get to my final flight to the US (Aer Lingus)?
If you are on one ticket and your bags are checked through, it should be enough time. Here's the Dublin airport connection guide. https://www.dublinairport.com/docs/default-source/flight-timetables-and-schedules/dublin-airport-flight-connection-guide3b5fbdcccf5e4d34858f630d86795513.pdf?sfvrsn=e983b36f_4.
Just remember, you'll be going through U.S. immigration and customs in Dublin. That takes time.
I don't know if they are making progress yet, but on the last Tuesday in April it was some minutes over an hour from clearing T2's entry security, required of all, to get to the US line and go through TSA security and passport check. The two actions were quick, the time was lost in line as there are bunch of US flights out. Our total time from T2 door to gate was near 1'30". You also need the time from your arrival plane, and I believe if you arrive in T1 you will need to go through T2's security before you can advance to the US section T2. While they are 100 yards apart I do not believe there is a protected connection between the two
