connection between chamonix-zermatt

How can i go to zermatt from chamonix ? Is there bus ?
If we use rail we will have connection?

litsa, I answerer on your other post. The route by train goes from Chamonix to Martigny to Visp to Zermatt. You change trains at each of those places, and sometimes at the Swiss-French border (Vallorcine) as well. The trip takes about 4 1/2 hours. There are several departures each day. You can see the route and schedules o the Swiss rail website at www.rail.ch (in English) or www.sbb.ch (for French, German, or English).
