In October I'm flying From Miami to Athens on Air France with a connection in Paris (CDG).
The Miami to Paris flight arrives at 11:20am on Terminal 2E.
The Paris to Athens flight departs at 12:35pm from Terminal 2F.
Is this enough time?

Air France thinks it is, if they sold you that itinerary on one ticket. If this is the case, Air France has an obligation to see they get you to Athens.
We had connection like that to Rome and it made us nervous. There was a longer connection available so we booked that.
We got to the gate where the flight we didn’t schedule was (decided to check on it) as they were starting to board. And that was after a leisurely stroll and stops for bathroom. We even tried to change our flight but didn’t work. So we had lunch ect and waited.
So one thing to consider is whether later flight that night to Athens or will you be stuck until the next day. Another thing is whether you would rather rush and have stress if wondering if it will work out it would you rather wait awhile at the airport. I thought the latter until we had to wait while the flight we could have been on left!
Until last year I would have recommended against such a tight connection. However, last year I had two less than 90 minutes layovers in Paris while connecting to return flights to the U.S. One flight originated in Istanbul (September) and the other in Venice (November). Each flight departed on time. In both instances I had more than 45 minutes of idle time in Paris awaiting to board my international flight. One flight was an Air France connecting to an Air France. The other was an Air France connecting to Delta Airlines. Airport personnel were strategically placed throughout the terminals directing passengers in the appropriate directions. While that was not something that I needed it seemed quite helpful to many. If your flight from Miami departs and arrives on time you should have no problem with the transfer time.
I really hate short connections like that, but I had one at CDG 8 years ago. The time for one of the flights changed, so my 3 hour layover turned into a 90 minute layover. We also had to transit from 2E to 2F. As it turned out, we had plenty of time to go to the bathroom, purchase pain au chocolates, and eat them in a leisurely fashion with time to spare. As long as your first flight is on time, you will be fine.
