We have purchased our France/Italy railpasses and I know that we will need to make reservations and pay the reservations fee. Here's where I am confused. If I go from Rome to Naples and return back to Rome the same day...is that two reservations with two reservations fees, or just one. Or put another way, will our group of 4 spend $30 or $60 in reservation fees to go eat pizza in Naples? Thanks in advance!!!

One reservation per person per train. Reservation out, reservation back, assuming you are not on the milk train...

If you pick the right trains, the res. are only €3,00 pp each way...
