CNL Sleeper Question (Frankfurt - Milan)

I went on the Bahn.de site to book our sleeper to Milan from Frankfurt. There are 3 of us. Wife, Me and Daughter. I have the option of selecting the Deluxe sleeper for 3 or a Deluxe Double cabin however when I select the Deluxe Double cabin I get the message Ladies and Gentleman as single persons travel in multibed compartments seperately. Does this mean I have to travel in a different compartment?

Unless you book tickets for all the beds, sleepers are same gender only. Book a 3-bed cabin and all three of you can share it.
