We are Arriving at termianl 4 in Mid May around 06:45. ow long should I leave for clearing customs and getting Ground Transit?

It is difficult to say, it really depends on how many Aircraft arrive at that time, it can really get horrendous. My first question would be, Are you trying to get somewhere by a set time...or just curious? If just curious, I would say the best case take nearly an hour, but it could stretch to nearly 2. It also depends which ground transportation you are taking. If you are taking the Tube, then there is a station in Terminal 4. If you want the train, either the express or one that stops, then you will need to take the interterminal underground to another terminal (3?) that has the train station. By the way, before others chime in, technically you are concerned with Immigration or Passport Control, that is what takes time. Customs is a non issue, unless you have something to declare.
