I am finding the train I want but there is no fare available and no online booking. I tried Loco2.com and they provided an exorbitant fare.
Am I too early? It's more than 92 days out but less than 120. I am running an old IOS so can't download capitainetrain app.
Not looking for flights or day trains with changes.

Never mind. I went to the Netherlands train website and booked a sleeper for two for €160. It was €60 more than a 4 berth couchette but I thought it would be a nice treat!

Going that route by day means train changes, which you really want to avoid with all the changes DB is going through right now. The CNL night train option is good since it's direct, stopping in Düsseldorf before Duisburg and then going into Holland. On the DB website you can book the CNL at 92 days out.
