Outage is also affecting banks but with no details. I wonder if that includes ATM machines and or credit cards.
Watching my local news. Thus far, there are three cancellations and 20 delays at the airport. Reporter says it looks like a very busy day at airport similar to the holidays American says they are back up.
Seems like many other businesses are affected.
Just hearing on Morning Joe that the whole world is affected but with few details. It is a Microsoft problem who is saying something about a Crowdsource problem.

American, Delta, United and Ryanair are experiencing delays.
Berlin, Amsterdam Schipol, Manchester (UK), Gatwick and Standsted are some of the airports around the world experiencing serious delays.
The NHS in the UK as well as the Emergency Broadcast System in the US are having problems.
The cause is an issue with a software upgrade at Crowdstrike-a large cybersecurity company used by these companies and institutions as well as banks. There are no reports of a cyberattack.
UPDATE: Many European airlines are experiencing some delays including online check in.
UK Trains are operating but experiencing cancellations.
Crowdstrike now says a fix has been issued but it will take awhile for things to get back to "normal."
If you are traveling today, give yourself extra time.
This is why one should always bring cash, regardless of whether it is used, and back up paper might help in some circumstances as well. Cash is still King when something like this happens.
Correct me if I’m wrong: I believe it is CrowdStrike, not CrowdSource that is the problem.
