Cheapest way from Belfast to Glasgow

I was wondering if flying open jaw would be the fastest and cheapest way to get from Belfast to Glasgow. Any recommendation for budget airlines? Would travelling by ferry be the cheapest option?

Try flybe.com.. Just had a look. Flights including all taxes from £22,Although £44 is more common. I believe the airport shuttle Glasgow airport to City is £4. Looks like the footpassenger fare on ferry is £22, then about £18 rail to Glasgow
