Hi we wanna leave Barcelona on the 26/6/13 and go to Portugal just want the cheapest option on getting there is if you can let me now that would be great thank you.

The cheapest will clearly be bus - www.alsa.es will get you to several places.

Actually a discount airfare might be cheaper than the very, very long bus ride. Be sure to factor in the costs for transit to/from bus stations and airports as well as food costs for the long bus ride.
