Cheaper fare

I am traveling to Dublin in March (After the High Holy Day) with one of my daughters and have booked on Aer Lingus. Now another of my daughters wants to go. I looked at our flight, but the price is quite a bit higher. It seems that I get a discount offer each month from Aer Lingus, but there is none at this time.

If I book now and a discount offer comes in two or three weeks, do they adjust the ticket to the lower price? They only mention a refund voucher. Should I wait and see???

This entire trip comes out of my pocket and costs are rising rapidly, so any savings is appreciated.

Not sure if this helps or not. I recently had to change dates, there and back, for our steerage tickets to LHR in June. I was pleasantly suprised to find out that I was not charged for the change: maybe the charge only applies when you choose a different route? There was a slight upward price variance, for which I was also not charged.

I don't know what class of tickets you are buying. Usually, for steerage, a price decrease results in no refund:
