We purchased tickets for Egypt Air on the Cheap Tickets web site. They did send us a Locator Number and seat numbers. We wanted to see if anyone else has used them and to ensure we don't have any problems when we get there. Cairo-Aswan / Luxor - Cairo in September. Nothing like being stranded in the desert! As Always Thanks for your input!

In 2008 I purchased a RT ticket from Denver to Frankfurt for November. They sent me an e-ticket. I don't remember any problems with them.

My son just flew out to Denver on Delta utilizing CheapTickets.com with no problems. Unlike a consolidator such as 1-800hotels (filed BR chapter 11 and screwed over alot of travelers) which holds onto your money until the service is actually rendered, CheapTickets automatically forwards your payment directly to the airlines. My son was able to confirm his paid reservation with Delta. You should be able to do the same with Egypt Air.
If you have the time, take the train to Alexandria. By far my favorite city in Egypt. Have Fun!
