I am a student trying to find cheap flights from Boise, ID to London and returning to Boise from Rome or Naples in September. I've been checking sta travel and studentuniverse but the rates don't seem any cheaper then other sites I have checked. Is there a trick to getting the student discount that I'm missing?

As Steve said, there are rarely if ever any student deals for airfares. A bum in a seat is a bum in a seat, even a 3 yr old pays the same.. oh well.
Think of airfare as your biggest expense and hardest to control . Eat bread and cheese for a week, but invest in the airline ticket,, you won't regret it!

I have not been able to find student discounts on flights... that's one place that does not usually seem to care who is sitting in the seat. One seat = one fare.
