Other than Ryan air, can you give us suggestions for other discounted airlines. Specifically, we are looking to fly from Copenhagen to Edinburgh, or perhaps Newcastle and possibly from Koln to Copenhagen. Thanks.

Another good site is http://www.whichbudget.com/ which lists budget airlines between any two points.
