In case anyone is looking to travel to Europe this fall, looks like several airlines (British Airways, American, Finnair) are having some nice prices right now from the 2nd week of September on, with round trip prices returning from same city in the 400's or 500's like San Francisco to Frankfurt or Zurich.
Great, fantastic...very good news. Thanks for the information.
I most often fly r/t anyway from SFO or OAK, whether to/fro London, Paris, or Frankfurt.
Well, that sale didn't last too long. Checked tonight and prices were back in the 800-900 dollar range rt.
We got r/t non-stop Oakland-Paris Sept-Oct with Norwegian Air (which i love) a month ago for $626. Could have been $450 w/o reserved seat, meals and checked bag.
Great airline, great prices year-round.
We managed to get this sale - Houston to Berlin for 440 each. By the end of the day it was back up to 983. Keep an eye on Google flights; every once in a while you'll catch a big drop but you have to act fast!
Is there some way to set up alerts for these bargain flights?

From JFK, Delta has roundtrip fares of $505 to Heathrow starting in mid September.
