Cheap flights Rome to Madrid

Looking to arrive in Rome end of September, fly to Madrid and work our way back through Seville, Barcelona, Southern France & Provence, Cinque Terre, Lucca, Orvietto, and Rome. Found cheap fares: Vueling Airlines $70, Air Europa $105, EasyJet $78. Vueling is the only connection with good timing. Heard good and bad on this site. Any recommendations / feedback recent travelers?

I've travelled Vueling several times....never had a problem. New aircraft, friendly staff.
