Here is their transport information page. They have daily tour bus from central Paris in the Mar 31 to Oct 31. Otherwise, RER to Melun, then a shuttle bus on the weekends, otherwise taxi. http://www.vaux-le-vicomte.com/en/useful-information

There is a bus station in front of the Melun RER station (don't know about schedules). There is a taxi stand to the left as you exit the station.
