Hello. I have 2 and a half hours to change terminals at JFK for a flight to Amsterdam. Does anyone see this as a problem? How do you transfer between terminals at JFK? Long people mover? A shuttle? Thanks

JFK has a train service called Airtrain which connects all the different terminal buildings.

Delta has a shuttle between Terminals 2 & 4. You wouldn't need to leave the secure area with this option.
