It seems that Ryanair has at last decided that there customer service is a tad off and today mades some changes, see this link.

Despite these changes, EasyJet will still be my preferred budget airline when travelling in Europe. They also have an iPhone app which makes things easier for checking reservations, booking flights, etc. Cheers!
