Change of flight - From Lufthansa to Vistara at Frankfurt Airport

I am planning to book flight from Seattle to Delhi from UnitedAirlines with following itinerary:

SEA - FRA (Frankfurt) via Lufthansa
FRA - DEL via Vistara

Lay over - 11 hours

I have a valid US h1b visa, and based on their website, we dont need transit visa however since I have change of flights as well as terminal change, do I need transit visa for my travel?

Some countries are required to have a transit visa, but even those are exempt with a valid US visa
