i will be traveling from Venice to Annecy. we have a connecting train at the Chambery Challes station with a 9 minute transfer between trains. is this a large station? will we be able to make our connecting train?

Hi Jessica. Not familiar with Chambery station, but even at most larger stations in Europe, 9 minutes would be enough time. However the bigger issue is whether your incoming train will be on time. Trains in Europe are often on time, but not unusual for them to be 10-20 minutes late depending on day, length of trip, etc. If it were me, I would be sure I have an easy plan B. Enjoy your trip!
