Which is better train or bus from CDG to Hotel Tilsett?
I guess you will have to tell us where that hotel is.
If you're at l'Etoile location looks like you can take Les Cars shuttle bus to within a few blocks of the hotel. You do not have to be an Air France customer to use the shuttle. Great detailed instructions on their website on where to get bus/buying a ticket. I cannot tell you which is better--train or bus, but I have used Les Cars in the past, and it's worked well.
n9,
The hotel website provides some information on the easiest travel methods....

As the RER is listed first, they may consider that the easiest method. The route they suggest involves a transfer from RER "B" to RER "A" at Châtelet, which is a large transfer station. Once you reach the Charles de Gaulle / Etoile station, you should be able to walk to your hotel. You might want to pack along a copy of the Map so that you can find your way once you exit the RER station.
You may find it helpful to have a look at the excellent http://parisbytrain.com/ website as that provides some good information on how to find the RER station in the airport, ticket costs, etc.
I don't know why the hotel web site might not have listed it, but the Les Cars/Air France bus #2 worked very well for me to get to Hotel Montlfeuri in that neighborhood (and it's what we recommend for tour members headed there).
how many people in your party, and what day of the week and time of day (approximate) are you arriving into CDG?
Thanks everyone for the help. We're going with the Air France bus.
