Im arriving in Paris on May 15 at charles de gaulle and need to get to Dupleix metro station. Which route should I go? I see the metro doesnt go to CDG. Also how much is the RER?
Thanks

Your simplest route would be to take the RER B to Denfert-Rochereau and Metro line 6 from there to Dupleix. The fare for a single ticket from CDG to anywhere in central Paris on the RER and Metro is €9.50. You can make unlimited transfers until you exit the system. This helpful blog www.parisbytrain.com can help you feel more comfortable with the Paris regional mass transit system (Metro subway, bus/tram, and RER regional trains.) You will see that some of the RER lines run underground and look just like the subways and use the same tickets, although fares go up outside the central Paris zone. The price from CdG on RER B was 9,50€ at the start of this year which includes the connection to the Metro train. Use the same ticket and do not discard it until outside your destination station.
The system's website http://www.ratp.fr/en/ratp/c_5000/accueil/ has lots of help for tourists. You can make it explain the details of the itinerary suggested in a previous post, including an estimate of how much CO2 it generates. You can make routes for your daily activities through WiFi connections or your hotel may have free computers in its lobby.
