CDG to Chatelet le Halles to La Defense to Versailles-Rive Droite station

Hi,

I'm planning a trip to Paris and would like to get more info about taking the trains. My destination will be Versailles-Rive Droite station. From CDG airport, I need to take the RER B line to Chatelet le Halles station, then transfer to the RER A line to La Defense station, then connect to the L line to Versailles-Rive Droite station.

When transferring between all of the RER lines and the L line, do I need to get an additional fare ticket or the single ticket that will be purchased at CDG will cover this entire route (one way)?

Are you going to the chateau at Versailles or somewhere else since you ask about the Rive Droit station?

According to the Transilien site, the cost of a single ticket from CDG to Versailles-Rive Droite is €11.90. Buy it at CDG.

The hotel is actually closer to Versailles-Rive Droite.
The other option is to get off at Versailles-Rive Gauche, but the walking distance is approximately 20mins and with the luggages, the closer the station, the better.
