I have a night train reservation from Paris to Rome. My flight arrives 8:30 at CDG and my train leaves at 18:50 at the Gare de Bercy. What is the best & cheapest way to get from CDG to Bercy? TIA!
Cheapest: Take the RER B to Gare du Nord. Transfer to the RER D and take it to Gare de Lyon. Transfer to Metro line 14 and take it one stop to Bercy. The fare is €8.40.
There is no luggage storage at Gare de Bercy. I suggest that you store your luggage in a locker at Gare de Lyon. If you're traveling alone, buy a one-day, zone 1-2 Mobilis pass (€5.80) and go exploring. It will cover all your rides on the Metro, the RER, and the bus. If you're traveling with someone, either buy a ten-ticket carnet (€11.40) and share the tickets or buy two Mobilis passes.

Thanks for the info Tim. How much time should I expect to get from CDG to Bercy if I didn't go exploring? I have access to the AF lounge and I'm thinking about just hanging out there until I leave for the train. I'll be returning to Paris later and staying for 7 days - alot of time for exploring.
You're welcome, Maple.
It will take you about 50 minutes, including transfer time, to get from CDG to Bercy.
