CDG - Paris Transport

We have booked a shuttle from CDG to our Paris hotel, however they have asked us to phone upon arrival (which seems the norm)..our Canadian cell phone won't work in Europe, we won't have change or phone cards...is it going to be a problem to call for the shuttle? Do any of them have special 'shuttle' phones, like in a lot of cities? I notice some shuttles have a toll free...do the pay phones in the airport require change for toll frees? We could take the RER train close to our hotel, but are concerned re the luggage handling and the pickpockets. Any tips are appreciated!

Cheryl: It seems taking a shuttle is very complicated. Why not just take a taxi? It may cost a bit more but is so simple.

Cheryl - I used Bee Shuttle (http://www.bee-shuttle.com/) - they gave me a toll free number and told me to call from a public phone (no coins or phone card needed) when I arrived. I remember that there was a phone right where you pick up your luggage. No problem. Hope you have a great time in Paris!

Thanks for the great feedback from you all! The Bee Shuttle sounds like a good one and I have emailed them for further information.
