I'm flying soon from Paris CDG to Rome via Hamburg Germany and back, does anyone have advice on that route and what/if any travel differences with customs and lead time for check in flying between those 2 countries. Is there a huge difference that between there and the US.

Flying between Schengen countries (which includes France, Germany and Italy) is like flying withing one country. No custom checks, only security checks and there is no extra security check in Hamburg if you're only transfering...
