My traveling partner and I are flying separately. I will be arriving at Terminal 2 an hour before she arrives at Terminal 1. I am planning on using ground transportation to Terminal 1 and meeting her at the First Aid booth by the escalators. Any thoughts or suggestions about this?

It sounds like you're familiar with the layout at Terminal 1 so your plan should be fine. An alternative place to meet would be the Brioche Doree coffee shop/cafe in the public area at Terminal 1. Take the free CDGVAL driverless shuttle train from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1. If you're going to take the RER to Paris, take the CDGVAL from Terminal 1 to Terminal 3 which is close by the CDG 1 RER station. You have created a duplicate thread. Please delete the other one.
