Can anyone recommend a car service they have used going from Heathrow to marble Arch?
We need something larger since there are 6 of us.
I have heard stories of people being left at the airport, i.e. forgotten, and am hoping to get a positive recommendation.

Try london-transfers.com. Ray Skinner is the man who owns it and we have used his services about 6 times now. He will meet you with your name on a placard as you exit customs, he is reliable, professional and has vehicles of different sizes. Check out his website.
