Can you recommend a car service company for transfer from Malpensa Airport, Milan, to my hotel in Parma, Italy.

Why not take the bus from Malpensa to Milano Centrale and the train from there to Parma? There are two bus companies that provide frequent service. See here. The fare from Milano Centrale to Parma on a regional train is €7.55 and the fare on a faster IC train is around €17.

I agree with the above. Since it is more than 100 miles from Malpensa to Parma a car service would be much more expensive.
