What are the cheapest companies to rent a car 15-17 days in Scotland? Is it cheaper to lease or rent? Thanks, Dorsey

Most leases (temporarily buying the car) begin at 17 days. I'm more familiar with deals in France. But I've always used Autoeurope to rent. Have you tested their rates?
