I'm looking to pick up a car rental (luxury) in Como or Bellagio and drop off in Bolzano. Can anyone suggest a car rental company?

Car rental companies are not right in Lake Como.
It might be better to take a bus or train down to Milan to find a car rental agency. Dollar and Thrifty rental cars do have an office in Bolzano where the car could be returned to.

The big car rental agencies (Hertz, Europcar, Avis, Budget) are located near Como S. Giovanni station. The C30 bus should get you there from Bellagio. Locations in Bolzano are mainly near the airport with some near the train station.
