I would like suggestions and recommendations for car rental in Florence, Italy. I will be going to Radda in Chianti, Italy and think that the easiest way for me to travel in the area is to rent a car. I will probably rent from an agency at the Florence airport.

We agree with Dick. Those are two good places to start as they will have lists of places to pick up and drop off a car.
I avoid picking up car rentals at most airports worldwide, as they often have additional taxes and/or tolls as part of their very high rent.
I rented with AutoEurope.com and picked the Hertz location at 53 Via del Sansovino in Florence. It was about a 2 mile taxi ride from the the Termini. They gave me directions out of town avoiding any ZTL's.
