Is it easy to navigate to rental car places at the airport?
After landing, walk out the bottom door and across the road. Bringing it back is well-signed and simple. Walk out of the parking lot and across the road into the terminal. Not real sure of the question, but there's no navigation involved.
First of all you need to know where you will be arriving at CDG! There are 3 main terminal divisions; and Terminal II alone has (6) sub terminals. The CDG website will tell you which terminal is yours depending on which airline you travel. (Even then the arrival gate is subject to change). Hertz has pickup locations at Terminal 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, and 2F. National has pickup locations at Terminal 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, and 2F. Sixt Car rental has pickup locations at Terminal 1, 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, 2E, and 2F. TT Car Transit has pickup locations at Terminal 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D, and 2F. Notice there is only one company with a pickup at terminal 1 and none listed for terminal 3. If you should arrive at one of these you will need to take the automated rail to the appropriate terminal to find your car.
arriving then rent is easier to navigate than return rental and then jet out. make sure you know exactly which terminal you jet out if returning to rental, it can be a lot of circles if you forget.
