We are renting a car for a day to drive from Rouen, France to the D-Day Beaches. Do car rentals there offer GPS's? Thank you.

Some do, some don't. You'll pay through the teeth, probably. If you reserve it, they may or may not have one for you when you get there. A map works fine. Rouen to Bayeux is a good hike - - a couple of hours each way. You won't have much time to look around.
