We arrive in Paris on a Sunday and are finding that most rental places are closed on Sundays. We had planned to take the train to Brive or Limoges and then pick up a car. Anyway to get a rental on Sunday...other than in Paris? We really don't want to drive in or near Paris.

The Auto Europe site shows a pick-up point at the Limoges airport. The Sunday hours are 09:00 AM-11:00 AM, 02:30 PM-07:00 PM, and 08:30 PM-10:30 PM.

I checked with autoeurope about Sunday pickup; and it is closed.

Tim helped you with the hours at the Limoges airport (Saying thank you is always nice, by the way). That location is open on Sundays during the hours Tim cited.
It's the location at the Limoges rail station that is closed on Sundays.

Have you checked at Orly Airport? It is south of Paris ... actually in the burbs,but it is small enough to easily get your car . It is a cheap cab ride from Paris to Orly .
