We have purchased two shared Eurrail passes through your company and am trying to book a reservation between Venezia Santa Lucia on Sat April 16 8:30am to Firenze SMN for two people. It says that this cannot be booked online. Can you help me book it or do I need til I arrive in Europe? We leave here Denver tomorrow.

If leaving Denver tomorrow, get the reservation when you arrive. Not a problems. Trains rarely, if ever, sell out.

A year ago I was in a similar situation and had to go thru EuroRail to get the reservation (its a number, which you then go into the station and get a hard copy). I did this on our first train trip just to make sure I got the train I wanted, since it left about 2 hr after I arrived by plane. Never had a problem getting reservations on the trip again (November). In April - you can probably get your reservation at the station - but to let you sleep prior to your flight - it may help to get a reservation here.
