Anyway I can get a refund, or a booking change for a trenitalia ticket that I booked at a smart1 fare???

Not sure I understand your question. Do you want a refund for a ticket purchased through Smart1 fare? Or do you want to change the ticket to another time? Either way, it is covered by the contract agreement with Smart1 fare when you purchased the ticket.

Vini, you sent a PM to me only your question was could you change a Smart1 ticket to a different day. Could you please clarify if you want a refund or you need to change dates. I also asked you if you purchased the ticket online or if not, how you got the Smart1 fare. According to the Trentialia website,
"BOOKING CHANGE (CP)
You cannot make online Booking Changes of the international tickets bought on this site."
I think that you can make booking changes once you get there but chances of getting the same discounted fare on the train you want are probably nil to none. You would have the pay the difference between the discounted fare and the standard fare.
I'm not sure yet if the Smart1 fare is refundable. Some discounted tickets are not. However, I see information in other places on the site where you can request an online refund but you must have the ticket with the PNR number. You also have to be registered on the Trentialia website to do this.
