Can I reserve tickets for CityNightLine's two-for-one sale from the US?

City Night Line is having a two-for-one sale on their overnight train rides (http://www.citynightline.de/nachtzugreise/view/en/angebote/buy1-get1free.shtml). The site says: "The offer is not available online, but at most European train-ticket outlets." Just to be safe, I'd like to book tickets before starting the trip. Does anyone know if there would be a way to reserve the tickets before then, perhaps through a European travel agent?

Thanks.

Contact Euraide, www.euraide.com. They have a phone number in Florida. They also have a Bahn ticket terminal in their office at the Munich Hbf. They can write whatever tickets the Bahn can. The other option is to call the Bahn, directly, at +49 1805 99 66 33.

Thanks very much. I emailed Eurail on Wednesday (after not being able to reach them by phone), and they wrote back on Thursday that they'd check with their German branch. It's Saturday, and I haven't heard anything more. Does anyone know of another agency?

Someone from Euraide finally contacted me, five days after my initial request, and said that there's now not enough time to try getting the tickets before we leave town. If those clowns had responded within a day or two of my initial request, there would have been time. I can't recommend Euraide to others unless you have lots of time to waste. :-(

I do appreciate the suggestion, though.
