Does anyone know of a reliable place to buy a car in Europe? I'll be in the Balkans about ten weeks next spring, and at $1400 a week. . . . .
I have heard of a place in Amsterdam that sells cars and then buys them back to sell to the next traveler. Is that just a rumor?
I haven't yet been able to find anything on the web that works very well.
