I will be landing at the airport in Rome and will take the train I to Rome Nov.18 do I have to purchase a ticket ahead of time or when we land at the airport..is there a discount for seniors over 60

You can buy at the airport station for the Leonard Express - no discount 14E. It is open seating every 30 minutes, get your ticket, validate (time stamp) and get on.
