I want to buy a France rail pass for 6 days in a month. This seems to be one order form on your website. I will need to make some reservations for some of the trips, That seems to be on another order form on your website. I am hopeful that I could get both the rail pass and the reservations shipped together (thus qualifying for the free shipping).
How do I do that?

You've posted on a community bulletin board on the Rick Steves website, not the travel office at Rick Steves Europe. This site is not generally monitored by his staff. Call his office directly at 425-771-8303.
You might go to www.capitainetrain.com and easily arrange your own tickets on dates you want and print them at home. The best source for trains across Europe is www.seat61.com. We've used both and it's a hassle free method if you notify your credit card company that you are making foreign purchases so the payment will go through.
Hi, Jon. Everything that you order through our Rail Europe links all goes into one shopping cart. Within the cart there are also links that say "Add a trip" or specific to the France pass, there is a small link to "Add a reservation." Don't complete check out or payment until you have added all the items you want to include in the order; orders can't be amended after that.
