In business class from SFO to CDG Air France has angle flat beds Is it worth $5700 for this? How are angle beds to sleep in as opposed to some other airlines where the bed is completely flat?

Worth is a relative question. If you can easily afford it, then it is probably worth having the extra space and comfort. Not going to solve jet lag issues especially if coming from the West coast.

Value is a matter of choice that pertains to your personal needs and interests. I think of these decisions in terms of how important sleeping on the flight is to me vs. what else I could do with that money. Only you can decide that.
If you have a recliner at home, sit in it and try to sleep. That will give you an idea if is important for you to be perfectly flat or not
