It takes 2 hours to ride the bus from Positano to Salerno. Are there bathrooms on the SITA buses?

No bathrooms on Sita buses. But there's no Positano-Salerno bus, either. You'll have to transfer in Amalfi, and that's when and where you can go the bathroom.

Those buses are uncomfortable for such a trip. They are more like commuter suburban buses than tour buses.
