Bus travel in Portugal

Has anyone taken the public bus from Lisbon to Caiscais or Sintra or Fatima? I would like to know where the central bus station is located in Lisbon. Thank you!

If you are interested in train travel, there is a train from Lisbon to Cascais. My landlord in Lisbon (vacation rental last year) lives in Cascais and works in Lisbon and commutes by train eveery day - 30 minutes travel time I believe.
