Has anyone experienced making a reservation with SENA/Baltour. I wish to travel by bus from Rome to Siena. I went on the website, found the time I wanted to reserve, went through the whole process of reserving, including giving my credit card number. I was then asked to go to another site to verify my credit card, which I did. I submitted my request which immediately came back saying my credit card had been declined and to contact my credit card company. When I did so I was told that no transaction had been requested. Now all my cc info is "out there". Am wondering if anyone can advise about getting through this reservation process. How far in advance is it necessary to reserve a bus ride in June during the middle of the week. Is is okay to wait until arrival in Rome and take care of this there?
