I'm looking at how to get from our Vienna hotel to the airport on the day our GAS tour ends. We'll be at Hotel Post, which appears to be just a couple of streets away from Schwedenplatz. The Vienna AirportLines bus goes from Schwedenplatz and looks like a good option; plus, it's not very expensive. I just wanted to make sure this is a reliable service and to see if anyone has any warnings about it. Our flight is at 5:55 p.m., so I figure we should plan to be on the 4:00 p.m. bus at the latest. (The CAT appears to be our other option, but it's a little more expensive and doesn't seem to be that much quicker.)
