Bus to Prague to Nuremberg.....can the rail pass be used?

I am trying to get an idea of how to get from Prague to Rothenburg Ob Der Tauber. On DB Bahn site, they mention an express bus, that stops in Nuremberg, then I transfer to a train that will get me to my destination. it seems that the bus option plus a train is the fastest method to get to Rothenburg. I see that a reservation will need to be made. I have already purchased a 4 country rail pass. Will a rail pass cover the bus portion of the trip?
