This one you are going to have to figure out yourself once you are there. Most ports have multi docks so it would be hard to give direction without knowing the dock. Sometime before the port, there will be a briefing on the cruise ship and a handout of the local port layout and where the ship is docking. Ask at that time. Also might google Nauplion for a city map and bus schedule.
